We had been searching for a place to leave our dogs that felt safe and well tended. We were recommended Bestland by the Bartow Animal Hospital in Cartersville as they were full and it was a great decision! The place is very new (since last November) but they have been highly regarded as a daycare, grooming service, and boarding hostel for when you're traveling. We left our dogs for the labor day weekend and they had such a great time. They even made friends! They did give them a bath too and were nice and clean and ready for us on pickup. There's plenty of yard space and exercise time for them without risk of too much heat. They can be separated if some don't play nice with others, and its gated in multiple ways, which is for animal and human safety alike. There's a really cool playground for them too! Overall, we highly recommend this place for doggy daycare or if you need somewhere to leave them for a trip. The owner is very nice, capable, and experienced too. You wont regret it!

What we love most about Bestland is that our young, energetic pudelpointer doesn’t simply spend time at daycare while we work—Rigby gets to enjoy a full day of his own. He plays with other dogs, splashes in puppy pools, and soaks up the kind of social interaction and exercise he craves. He also tackles agility equipment without hesitation, despite acting at home as though climbing onto the couch unassisted is beyond his physical capabilities. The Bestland team knows Rigby’s personality and play style, what he needs socially and physically, and even who his favorite playmates are. We love hearing about what he and his friends get into together throughout the day. Rigby is definitely a dog’s dog, but he is every bit as excited to greet the Bestland team as he is to see his dog friends. It’s clear that they see the same silly, sweet dog we do at home. There is something reassuring about knowing they genuinely enjoy all the quirky things that make him Rigby. Their Instagram videos give us regular glimpses into this whole little life Rigby has at Bestland with people and pups who know him. It’s also funny to watch him engage in activities he has little interest in at home—like playing in the very nice puppy pool we bought specifically for him. Rigby is always VERY excited to go to Bestland. He knows the daycare-morning routine better than we do and is quite strict about making sure we adhere to it. He follows us around the house while we get ready, eagerly wiggles into his harness when it’s time to go, and heads straight to the door in anticipation of his customary pup cup on the drive from Cartersville. He knows the exact turn off the highway when we’re getting close. Then the window has to come down so he can announce his excitement the rest of the way there. And Rigby comes home exactly the way we want him to—adorably exhausted and content. While we work, he has a daytime outlet for all his young-dog energy, and we get to spend our evenings with the sleepy, snuggly version of Rigby. He is noticeably more settled throughout the week and still has plenty of enthusiasm for weekend adventures with us. We appreciate the practical aspects of Bestland, too, like being able to add a bath when he needs one. It also gives us peace of mind knowing that if we go out of town, Rigby can stay somewhere he already knows and loves. Bestland has become part of Rigby’s world, and that may be the best thing we can say about it. At Bestland, he has his own people, his own dog friends, and a whole lot of fun waiting for him. I want to thank Bestland for taking such great care of my fur baby Piper while we went to a family reunion for 10 days. My little 12 pound Havanese had never been boarded before so I was a little worried about how she would do for such a long time. In addition, she was having some eye issues and had to have several sets of drops a day to each eye Twice a day. Jeremy checked in with us regularly during our trip To let us know how things were going. When we returned to pick Piper up, not only had her eyes improved because they followed her schedule perfectly, but she had the cutest haircut and grooming ever! We had the BEST experience with Bestland Dog Boarding! From the moment we dropped our dogs off, we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such great hands. We’ve never boarded our dogs, so we were very nervous about leaving them for the first time. But they did a short meet & greet at the facility before leaving them there and we were surprised at how at ease they were acting. One of our favorite things was getting the daily videos of all the dogs playing together in the play yard. Our dogs are usually pretty reserved (lab is 8, and border collie is 5) and one of them has pretty significant anxiety around new situations, and other dogs, so we were honestly nervous about leaving them. But every single video showed her happily playing alongside the other dogs, wagging her tail, and looking like she was having the best time. It meant so much to us to actually see her relaxed, confident, and enjoying herself. We also loved that we could check in with the owner anytime to ask how they were doing. He was always quick to respond with updates, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. When we picked them up, they were completely worn out from playing all week—which is the best sign that they had an amazing time! It’s clear the dogs get lots of exercise, attention, and genuine care. You can truly tell that the dogs here are treated like family. We never once worried about them while we were gone, and that’s priceless. We are so grateful for the wonderful care they received and will absolutely be bringing them back. Highly, highly recommend Bestland Dog Boarding to anyone looking for a place where their dogs will be loved, have tons of room on gated acres to play all day, have them extremely cared for, and have an absolute blast!

Our Margot, is one of Bestland’s pups. She is two years old and a joy for us. I drive from Alpharetta to take her back home to Bestland for boarding. Bestland took my German Shpeherd last minute for July 4th weekend. Jeremy and his family and groomers took the best care of Bo. It was a vacation spa experience for him and allowed him much time to play socialize with other dogs. I will use again and highly recommend. Prior to bringing my future puppy home I diligently interviewed and toured more than a handful of places that offered boarding and doggy daycare. Jeremy allowed me to tour his entire facility. It was clean and the dogs in his care were calm and relaxed. They have full service grooming too. I especially appreciated seeing the extra safety precautions in place to keep dogs safe in the bathtub (hands on pet at all times and in the bathtub they were using a waist strap in addition to leash strap). These steps ensure that pets didn't suffer preventable accidents and to me safety is a big deal. At other places the dogs were loud, they were lunging at the cage doors or cowering in a corner but Bestland was different. They match temperaments to ensure safe play and he's out there with them. My dog loves doggy daycare. On daycare days she's so excited to go and she plays so hard that she zonks out for the night in our way home. They took great care of of my 2 dachshunds (one 10 yrs, the other 8 mos). They had a great time with lots of play and interaction for both ages. Bestland definitely does not fit your typical boarding (mostly in kennels)! Very nice staff, super responsive, with videos to check on your babies. Recommend 10/10

Our dog had the best week here while we went on a family vacation. She played, got lots of outside time and made a ton of dog friends. We will be using Bestland for every vacation or long days at work! Jeremy was the best and we were so glad our dog was in the best hands. Just returned home with my dog following her week long stay at Bestland Boarding. Very pleased with how Jeremy handled our energetic, playful dog. I knew that leaving her for a week, I needed an environment that would give her the freedom to run and explore, Bestland delivered on that, whilst also giving individualized attention and pack time for socialization.
